I don't meet the criteria, in fact all I've ordered in the last year is a hat and stuff in the VIP sales last Christmas and in the summer Very strange but no complaints!

well I ve got a slot for the first time. Havent ordered in years and then ordered all my living room furniture 2 weeks ago and been given a slot?? Just checked and pleased that all my furniture isnt half price :eek: or id have been a bit :mad: as some still hasnt been delivered!!

Do I get to actually order it from sat or just put in your basket etc?

I cancelled my Next Directories as I was fed up paying for them and using online instead. I used to get the VIP slots but haven't had them for ages. I think I only cancelled in the last 3 months but still have an account with them with a direct debit set up for the occasional item(s) I buy. Do you think that people don't get an email to book a VIP slot if they don't pay for the Directory?

Oooh Ailey you might be onto something there. I was charged £3 or £4 for a directory I didn't order so contacted them to cancel...now maybe they've taken me off the vip listing too

I did this over a year ago but still got VIP slots. Just logged onto my account again and there seems to be still space for the first slot (Saturday 5pm). Next one after is 8pm.

I only buy bits and pieces throughout the year but do buy from every sale. It does say on T&C that if you don't use your slot then you won't get another slot in the next sale. It might be this.
