4. Have received a copy of the Next Directory.

5. Have returned less than two thirds of the items you’ve ordered.

I've not been allocated one but I guess it is because they messed up an order and sent it out twice so I ad to return loads of items. Oh well.

I AM SO ANNOYED!!! that's 2 years in a row i haven't been invited! or get the last VIP slot available. I buy loads! I'm seriously considering to stop buying anymore out of annoyance!
