you are able to read/reset the security code with a bit of Software called gammu and a Nokia Connectivity Cable DKU-2

but im not sure it will work with 3300 it says DKU2 cable is used in this model for uploading music only

most default codes would be '0000' i that dosnt work , i dont know

thanks but it's not that either!! e-bay seller not rseponding to my e-mails either (apart from 1 where he gave 5 different possibilities for the code - none of which worked.)

Have given option of returning for a refund or he can pay to get it working - as he didn't state on the listing that the code was unkown! Risking negative feedback for this and it's been alot of hassle so far.

What would you do? can i claim my money back from paypal as goos not as described?

replied to your email m8you could claim back from paypal, dont know if you need to return phone first or what?
although you would risk a neg feedback. best to neg him on the 90th day as i think that is the last day, so he cant neg you back
