Fed up with T Mobile?

It's their ball (or rather facebook page) and they can take it away if they wish.
What is the problem? I doubt everyone has exactly the same issue as you.0 -
I have been with T-mobile for years and have had no problems until now: perhaps the merger with Orange has caused problems?
My situation is as follows:
In August I renewed my contract (in the branch) and got an Iphone. Before this I had checked the coverage where my new flat was going to be, and saw that it was "good". However when I moved in, in September I discovered that there was no signal inside, or within a 30m radius of the flat, and only intermittent signal for around 200m up and down the road I live on.
I spoke to T-mobile and ended up writing a letter of complaint to try and end my contract, so I could get a phone I could use other than on my commute. (I work on a ship so there is no signal at work, which I'd expect).
After sending 2 letters, the 2nd recorded delivery to the correct address, I discovered the following problems:
1) The address on their websites for making complaints is wrong
2) They did not send a text to say they'd received the letter, as they said they would do.
3) Their reply had my name and address at the top, and then said "Dear" to another name!
4) They said that they had tried calling me but with no success - because I have no signal! However I had had no missed calls, voice mails, or text messages saying I had a missed call.
5) The letter said there was nothing they could do for me, but that they look forward to talking through the situation with me.
Overall, it was an appalling reply to a complaints letter, and I am now taking it to CISAS.
Any advice would be welcome.0
