                    I have had so many problems with T Mobile, and the customer service is atrocious. Looking on their facebook page, I saw that an awful lot of other people felt the same way. So, I've made a facebook group 'T Mobile Customer Complaints' for customers to air their grievances and for us to take action to address this situation together. I posted a link to the page on T Mobile's facebook page, and they've banned me posting again on the page! This is how T Mobile deal with complaints. They put the phone down on customers and ban them from their facebook page! Apparently, T Mobile (and Orange because they're the same company) think they are so big they don't need to listen to their customers! If you've had a problem with T Mobile, please join us in our attempt to get them to understand that they do need to listen and that poor customer service = losing customers and profits!

            I haven't had a problem and think they are good. No complaints, whines or whinges.
However they deal with complaints you really expect them to leave a link on their site to a Facebook page dedicated to running them down! Get real!0 - 
            I would certainly agree they are the worst company ever!!! I recently tried calling them spent 30 mins on hold, then when I do get through I get an offshore call centre based in the Philippines, T-mobile doesn't give a damn about its customers nor giving them satisfactory service, lucky for me and my whole family is that we only have 2 months left, will be moving straight to Tesco Mobile, where I can at least speak to a UK call centre and they also cheaper and best bit is they are 100% a UK owned company0

I agree, i am very happy with t-mobile and have been for many years.
All network get bad reviews online, most folks don't go.. I know, I've had a great service this past year i think i'll let everyone on facebook know. but if someone get bad (or what they perceive to be bad) service they post it everywhere. im so unhappy, they wouldnt give me a iphone5 for less that £20 a month :rotfl:If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0 -

That can't be right look at Vodafone complaints on here alone i think they are the worst and i am not a VF custom:DNobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.

            I cant fault their coverage compared to laughable 3g coverage with o2.
My experience of their call centres have been ok too.The only thing that i dont like is their blocking of voip services & restrictions on internet after you reach the fup.0 - 
            Help I need some advice what to do?
T-Mobile took £247 out of my account last Wed for my handset, when I phone and said the handset was free with my contract, they said it would take until the 18th to be investigated.
I have called them today and been told yes its there error and the money has been credited to my T-Mobile account, and will take 14 days to be paid back into my bank.
Its a week to Christmas and I need the money now, can anyone tell me what are my right here?0 -
