Evening all
Not caught up with the thread as I'm trying to catch up with all the jobs I have to do. I have managed to completely clear my ironing pile though, until Thursday when DD finishes and I plan on getting her uniform washed, dried and ironed and back in the wardrobe that night
Plans keep changing on me when it comes to work, I need the money so I'm trying to work around the customers, plus it means the stuff won't be sat around
. Think I'll do the bank & town on my own shop tomorrow since I need to get the bus to get to DDs carol service anyway. I might as well pay the extra £1.90 and run some errands in the morning then try and get the end of her stuff wrapped Thursday morning before she breaks up

Right, I'm off to bed. Since DD doesn't want a hot dinner tomorrow in school instead of a packed lunch I've said I'll get her a meal-deal for a treat instead so I need to be up and out by 7.50am  At least it will give me the kick I need to get out to work, home, lists written (if I write them now I know DD will snoop at them), bank town and home again by 12.30 :eek: :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

DH and I have "big plans" for the next few years, so I'm hoping to work on them for the next few months - so watch this space
If I bring a glass, can I help you finish it
I saw you and sent :hello::wave: back!
Off to bed now, so I'll join you all early in the morning :kisses3:
Hope you had a good time in York! School Christmas lunch went okay - I then toddled off to my book group at the art gallery ( we have to move to a new venue in Jan when the art gallery shuts for an 18 month revamp) and then did some christmas shopping.
Am running the KS2 party tomorrow at school.... and then meeting OH for more shopping......:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Can't sleep. Washing machine is on and a very excited cat is delighted to see me.
I'm going to get on with the ironing. I haven't done any since before the weekend so there is a sizeable mound to be getting on with.0 -

No I'm not tired PP but I know I will regret it when I'm yawning at my book club Christmas meal tonight.
2nd load in WM. 1st load on the maiden. Lots of ironing. Going to continue with the ironing until the 2 youngest get up.
We are meant to be going Christmas shopping today. DH went to bed at 7.30 as he was feeling dreadful but got up when I went to bed at 11. I have no idea what time he came back to bed. I think we will both be a bit out if sorts today.0 -
Morning All
WM is on and I filled a bin bag with rubbish before DH went to work so he could take it with him. I now need to finish getting ready for work and sew DD's cardigan which got ripped last night when she was having a bit of an altercation with DS and she couldn't possibly wear a different one as they're going to the theatre today. I've got my Christmas dinner at work today but the kids have got to take sandwiches due to the theatre trip so I can't get out of making sandwiches. I sort of lost last night as I took my mate to pick up a couple of Crimbo prezzies up and due to for and traffic it took 2 hours!
Have a good day all

Radiators seem to be fixed, very happy.
Mainly shopping until later, must iron a shirt for DS2 next.
Left the pud in the bottom of the AGA all night - ooops, hopefully it will be ok.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
What a strange night. This house is usually freezing but I woke before 4am really hot and there's no condensation on the windows for the first time in months. It's blowing a hooley (sp?) now, it's almost like a tropical storm! Weird.
I've got the paid stuff today and a friend is popping around after 4pm - luckily OH is off today so he's promised to fly for me. :A
I'm starving - time for toasted muffins and jam, I reckon.
Have a great day everyone

Morning all. I've had a second night of hardly any sleep. I don't think I'm going down with anything, there's been no noise or distraction to wake me up, I don't feel particularly stressed about anything so think it can only be the excitement of Xmas. Though I am going to stay up later tonight to see if that works.
CY - glad I saw your post about art gallery. I though it was closing for 2 1/2 years, so pleased its 'only' 18 months. Great place.
I am doing really well with the dailies and the lists this week. This is my list for today around dailies and paid stuff:
Make Pizza dough for tonight's tea
Water plants
Dust our bedroom
Dust bathroom
Dust gym/hobby room
Strip bed
Hoover/sweep/mop through house
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0
