Hi - been looking forward to joining this thread as really need to start budgeting my weekly spends better.

So. I will not be including groceries as I have a seperate budget for that, and my train fare is paid annually so I won't include that either. So my plans this week (budget ran from yesterday but didn't spend any money then) are as follows:

Friday afternoon - Coffee with a friend then Spanish class for DS, pledge £5
Friday night, Christmas night out with the local mums - pledge £10 for curry and a drink
Saturday - DS haircut, carvery lunch and drinks with friends - pledge £20

Hmm. I only actually have £35 so this will HAVE to last me until payday (24th)!

    £35 pledged

Total £4151.44 | £2900.30 of £7051.74 paid off since diary started October 2024.
