Yes, I had that. According to the customer services person I spoke to this only means that the order is released for despatch and does not mean that the items have been despatched! I pointed out that this was misleading and the poor girl (with a big sigh) said "yes I agree and have been asking for the wording to be changed for ages". Can't be nice working for Heals Customer Services Dept this week!0 -

Just to let everyone know, I went to the Tottenham Ct Rd store yesterday, the prices are the same and there is a reasonable amount of stock. So (without stating the bleeding obvious) the problems are not price related, it seems to be a stock thing.
Very happy as there was lots to look at and got myself a few treats.
Also the Habitat next door had lots of 50% off bits and pieces.:starmod: DO IT NOW :starmod:0 -
the item I ordered from them came today, earlier than I was expecting (portmeirion christmas wish jug) is lovely and great for the price. so had great ordering experience, very glad I didn't see this thread until then, sorry everyone has had bad experience, it's obviously a bit hit and miss!:AA/give up smoking (done)0
