Can I just ask for those who have had cancelled orders ... what did it say on your order confirmation email? For all but one item, mine said that items were released for dispatch. Were yours the same?

I was sent an email saying they thought my transaction was fraudulent and please could I send a copy of my driving licence. If i did not send it within 7 working days they would cancel the order.They said the bank had told them that the information I had put in on their site did not match my card deals. I was a little concerned about sending my driving licence particularly as their terms and conditions do not accept liability if the information falls into the wrong hands. I spoke to American Express who said everything was fine and the money had been authorised. I wrote back to them telling them this and they sent an email cancelling the lot 2 days after the first email giving me 7 days. I am really cross and won't be dealing with them again. good luck to anyone who manages to get anything

I got a cancellation for half my order too. Sorry folks
