Just to let those of you know who may be waiting for orders that I got my Jelly bean candle today. I received regular emails regarding my order and even the time my order would be delivered (between 2.38pm-3.38pm-I kid you not).

I thought I may not receive anything after reading everyone else's experiences TBH.

I've had half of my order cancelled, and refunded. According to them, the rest has been released for dispatch. We'll see.

I have had more things cancelled off my original order now, the order of 6 things went down to 3 and now another item has been cancelled!

took me an hour but finally got them to tell me everything i ordered is out of stock, such hellish service from a large shop! Waiting for paypal money back now ;(

I've got 'released for despatch' on my order according to their website. Did anyone else have that then find the order cancelled? I can't get a reply from them but suspect I'm a few pressies short now...

Yes, I had that against all items on my order until I called to ask when they would actually be dispatched - that's when I was told that I needed a partial refund and would only get part of the order.

They have refunded my £5.95 priority delivery charge and apparently the remaining items are out for delivery today...but we shall see. I do think it's been quite shabby.

I only ordered a new star for my Christmas tree (the last one had bitten the dust) and it was delivered today. Very pleased as it is gorgeous and all the happier that it was half price. Sorry for those who have had terrible trouble with their orders but thanks OP - mine was great.

First order only two of four items have been sent. Second order three of five. Others say in progress, but I'm obviously not getting them.

Thought there would be some comments on their Facebook page, but there is only one!

Watch your refunds like a hawk, mine is less the postage charge for 2 day dispatch. These people have no idea what they are doing.
