    I imagine I'm not the only customer complaining but for them to allow complimentary posts to remain and delete anything uncomplimentary stinks IMHO

    Good point dacouch - not one we'd thought of. Though we'd rather not have thousands added to the claim, just get our car fixed properly, and as we don't get a courtesy car (just this credit hire thingy which we haven't quite got our heads round yet), so we'll most likely have their hire car instead.
