Northern rock loan over £25,000

Davylad, the borrows who had loans under 25k all got redress (their interest refunded) because NR messed up paperwork. We are looking for the same thing because they blatantly breached the contract.

Looking at options Davey, we lost last time. Have you any alternative suggestions ?
I have contact with a solicitor specialising in bad practise by banks and consumers rights, so will be getting some ideas on our best course of action soon.

Ok, I have made contact and have been given some information on misrepresentation. I'm not sure at this moment whether I should put the info on here. Could we use a closed group ? I'll contact Mr. F about using his F.B page ?

Keg why not open a secret page on FB? Only members can see what's written and you can only invite people, outsider can't search for the group
