Hi,
Hope you don't mind me jumping into this thread towards what we were all hoping would be the end of the process.
I have a together mortgage from 2003. Full £30k unsecured, down to £21k now.
Looking at the court list looks like nothing this week. Unless I'm missing it.
To be honest I'm not expecting a good result from this. Best to be pessimistic and anything positive will be a nice surprise!
Good luck,
Tom0 -
It's my understanding that the Court Lists currently show the schedule for the week so far but are updated around 2.30pm up until 4.30pm each day.
So basically they are constantly evolving throughout the week. Having said that the vibes seem nothing is imminent, I expected a ruling before now ... it's demoralising and wrong. They should at least have the courtesy to inform their customers if this is to go beyond July and into the next court term.0 -
At last ... from the link given by benrussel a few posts back. Only a few more days to wait.notice
Take notice that on THURSDAY, 23 JULY, 2015 in COURT 63, at 9:45, Judgment will be given in the following.
APPEAL
From The Queen's Bench Division
(Commercial)
FINAL DECISIONS
A3/2015/0150 NRAM Plc -v- McAdam & Anr.0 -
Fantastic, let's hope it's what we want to hear0

Great spot Ginger, thanks for posting. Hallelujah! :j0 -
About time!! Talk about leave it to the last minute!!
I guess that means come the weekend, we'll either be celebrating or drowning our sorrows!!
(lets just hope they don't push it out 'til October!)0 -
Aaagh, I feel so nervous! Fingers crossed for us all!0

Heh, it's our wedding anniversary that day. Wouldn't that be a present and a half if it worked out.. or a massive disappointment!!
At least we'll know. At last.
Although, can they appeal this? Either side? I'm sure I've asked this before but I've forgotten the answer!0 -
Good luck everyone.. I'm hoping it will swing to our way. We're already miserable with the 4.79% mortgage and cannot go anywhere else scenario. At least there will be something to smile about I hope....0
