Not always, mine (Megane) is like doing keyhole surgery for the front lights! It's definitely worth getting the bloke at Halfords to roll round in the mud instead

Does £600 sound right for this? (Im not sure if that £600 includes the bumper!). I do not know much about cars at all. Im intending on calling a few garages tomorrow to get other quotes.

what you need to do is book your car in for a service before the mot. all of the mot checks are done in a service. a bonus to this is that the emission test will not be so much of a problem as the plugs, oil and filters have been changed0 -
i seen one of them struggling with a headlight in a rover 65, the manager was trying to help. I told they poor guy £5 and I'll get it in less then 3 mins looked at the manager smiled and said you should of given me that job. that fiver paid for my lunch:jmynameisclare wrote: »Not always, mine (Megane) is like doing keyhole surgery for the front lights! Just buy a new ka that has had a recent MOT and scrap your one.

would be cheaper to scrap it instead of spending all that money since prob won't be even worth that ways0
