Nope. They are completely up front about the privacy policy. They make use of data about your call eg about waiting times, but only at aggregate level. Nothing that allows your call to be identified.

Seems ok to be me.

Not true.

How about a privacy policy then?

- No problem. We take your privacy very seriously! Here are some notes about how we do, and do not use your data.
• We are registered as a Data Processor with the Office of the Data Commissioner, and fully comply with the Data Protection Act.
• We will not pass on any Personally Identifying Information to any other company or organisation.
• The only time we pass your CallerID on to any other party is when you are making a call through the service, in which case it is sent to the Call Centre as CallerID, just like a normal call.
• We do make use of data about your call - specifically about particularly long waits - in order to approach call centres that may need our business solution, WeQ4U 4 Business. We may pass this information on to other businesses, such as our partners and resellers - but never information that would allow them to identify your specific call.
• We may from time to time make use of aggregate call data in order to produce statistics on call centre performance, or league tables of poorly performing call centres, for example. We will never publish information about your specific calls.
• The WeQ4U App accesses the Contacts on your phone to create a WeQ4U Contact, which may have several numbers associated with it, which are used by our service. The reason for this is so that you can tell when a call is to/from the WeQ4U service.
• We do not access your contacts, or any other information on your phone, for any purpose other than the delivery of our service to you. We're on the level!
• We do not record any portion of your call.
That's all we can think of! If you have any further questions about privacy, or how we make use of data generated by the use of our service, please ask us by writing to Customer Services.

• Last year I was given a tablet as a gift, it is capable of wifi and 3g data connections. but I only ever used it using wifi, as I did not want to pay for a 3g SIM card.

However I recently got an Ovivo SIM card, and chose the 500MB a month option. I now take the tablet with me when I go out and its fantastic, reading news on the move and checking mails.

Fingers crossed they're here to stay.

A Big Thank You to everyone !! There is a mass of information here which I need to digest, but I think that covers it all. Just a question of choosing another supplier.
