    Evening Flyers!
Looks like everyone's been getting through their lists, but me! Had c**p week at work, just a case of theres not enough hours in the day for it and appointments every evening this week. So I'm pooped.

Just enjoyed pizza and glass of wine.

As the forecast for the weekend is sun, sun, sun, I'm going to get up early tomorrow and break the back of what I've missed this week. Alternatively what I can get through in an hour.
So its beds, hoover through upstairs and bathroom.

Sod it I'll catch up next week on the other bits, (please put a window or two in next week lil_me and no oven!! please)
    Enjoy your weekend all.

    Good evening,

Ok, hands up i admit, ive done nothing today!!!! Well, i put the washing on, but then forgot it, and its still sat in the washing machine!!!! Ive played with the LOs, and made DDs birthday cake (which was yummy) but thats it.
I have loads to do, but i dont care, it was a lovely day today and i feel better, after having a relaxing morning yesterday, and a good day today as well (even tho my baby is now 9!!!).
The cleaning will still be there tomorrow, and i did clean under the table yesterday, so i deserve a day off!!!!
Hope to get back to my flying tomorrow,
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Evening! Have been a good girl and not been on here since last night. Well, I've had a mega busy day, am pleased with what I've got done as things like the meals take ages and I've been out all morning. Did cheat a bit as MIL took baby for a walk for an hour this afternoon as she hadn't seen him for a few days so cracked on then plus FIL has walked dogs miles so they're tired out. Sorry not time for a big post so hugs to those who want one. Am shattered, just reheated some chilli for tea as Dh is out and realised I hadn't eaten all day - oops but brought some treats from garage for later. Anyway:

    Declutter Mission Task
Choose one drawer to sort through and clear any clutter from - want to sort the footstool thats in the garage from old furniture
    Thursday Bathroom and [STRIKE]ensuite[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean floors in these rooms(even if it is around clutter) [/STRIKE]
Clean bath, [STRIKE]toilet and sink **[/STRIKE] - done in both bathrooms
    Wipe down tiles in bathroom
    Clean windows
    Declutter Mission Task
[STRIKE]Clear one HOTSPOT! Even if it's just for 10 minutes - kitchen - again! **[/STRIKE] Did last night
[STRIKE]Friday, those dreaded kids rooms and spare rooms
    Dust **
    Vacuum ** [/STRIKE]
    Clean window
Declutter Mission Task - 27 fling boogie, time to grab a bag and clear that clutter!
    PLUS [STRIKE]Dallies **
One load of dark washing [/STRIKE]and iron **
[STRIKE]DH is out at night (again) so me to do bedtime **[/STRIKE] - has been an absolute angel all day and gone to bed like a star! Also had lots of cuddles from him which is so lovely
[STRIKE]Make baby meals (red lentil and veg, chicken cassorole - made last night and left in SC overnight, chicken, brocolli and cheese sauce, apple puree, pear puree) **[/STRIKE] - did corn chowder aswell
    [STRIKE]Swimming playgroup **
Town for Mums bday present, baby pasta and lentils **
Call to B&Q vouchers - present for wedding on sat **[/STRIKE]
    Print and post MEAF letter

Weekend list windows and bath dogs (easier said than done as one is about 8 stone!). Not asking to get much done as at a wedding tomorrow and mums bday sunday so will be doing something.

Hope you all have a nice weekend, take care xx

Ok time to 'fess up. The week started really well and got steadily worse.

However, instead of getting down about it I'm going to swish and swipe kitchen tonight, tidy round the living room and get ready to get stuck in again next week. No point in dwelling on it. :o

    Have a great weekend all

Sorry pigpen. Don't mean to pick on you, but i know you take it on the chin. Hope you have a better week next week, or failing that, get some of the kids to muck in again, and you'll get there. I'm sure you have done loads. I do roughly 30 loads of washing in a month, so honestly, i am in awe, and the jokes are there as friendly competition.

Tartan-mum, you will find it easier next week if you stick with us. Promise

I'm virtually at giving up stage. Especially now i've eaten so much. I'm like a big sloth sat on the sofa. I still need to rescue my bedding from the TD though, and make it.

    Friday 27/4:
    1) [strike]give cat antibiotics[/strike]
    2) [strike]strip beds – ours and cot[/strike]
    3) [strike]all bedding through washer[/strike]
have also had to bath baby and wash bouncy chair cover as he was really sick after breakfast, and have made up some extra bottles as i didn't do enough yesterday
    4) [STRIKE]bedding either on line or in TD[/STRIKE]
    5) [strike]baby clinic to get weighed[/strike] now 18Ib14oz
    6) [strike]pack babybag to go out[/strike]
    7) [strike]take coursework to school[/strike]
8)[strike] visit sister (may also pop into Netto if I think on to what we need)[/strike]
    9) [strike]go to play group[/strike]
    10) [STRIKE]hoover both mattresses, and floor in babies room[/STRIKE]
also ran the hoover across the landing, the middle of the carpet in my room, and the bathroom. Who knows, i may even go back and do the edges when i don't have to do it while holding Charlie.
also dusted in charlies room, cleaned the mirror in his room, and wiped the window sill in his room and on landing.
    11) remake bed cot done, ours WILL be done by 9
    12) [strike]deal with post[/strike]
    13) Make fruit based baby purees
    14) [STRIKE]Make butternut squash and red lentil soup for our tea, and make some of this into baby puree[/STRIKE]
    15) clean loo
    16) clean bathroom sink
    17) clean bath
    18) [strike]transmit shop and scan, check email, pigsback[/strike][/quote]

so we aren't looking too bad. Will have a good go at the bathroom tomorrow, and must remember to water my plants, cos lil-me didn't tell me to do it, so i haven't.

will have to wipe the top of the cooker tonight where the soup boiled over when i was feeding Charlie, and give the cat his antibiotics, but that is it.

    Michelle, x
  • this thread is so good - i think lil_me had an emotional moment last week or week before - think i am having one now bl**dy pmt!! still house is looking good but i have a mountain of ironing

Pigpen loved your list!!! don't worry i did loads and yet i still have the same to do next week!! it has suddenly clicked today (not sure why only now) i seemed to think that i was aiming for a show home type thing and realised - after wiping up crumbs from same places several times, picking up same toys several times, hanging up washing load after load on line, cleaning kitchen several times - it is always going to be like this!!

so on that note i am going to go and lie down and eat pancakes to comfort myself and dream of winning the lottery and having a cleaner and a housekeeper!!!
