I'm at manchester studying management although i'm on a year out and won't know many people when i go back which is quite scary..
I was scared when i started but everyone is in the same boat. The freshers fair is just an opportunity to get free stuff
and join any societies you want, there are lots here so there's something for everyone. The rest of the week is taken up by getting to know your flat mates, registering for courses and having introductory talks from the department which give you an opportunity to meet people from your course. 2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
