  • Thrifty pixie, I contacted them months ago and was told I would hear within 12 weeks. I have never received any correspondence from them till this letter yesterday so hang tight for your letter too. I presume it will take some time to contact everyone due redress! :)

    Hi

    Quick update on my progress.

Letter came today from NRAM. Asking me to sign and send back.

Doesn't say how much redress I'm entitled to simply indicates to send the letter back signed and a cheque shall be issued within 28 days.

I have absolutely no idea how much I'm entitled to etc so anything is a bonus really.

    :)

Good point, I've informed NRAM on 2 occasions of an address change and never had a reply to confirm that it had been updated.

    Hi

Yes, my letters came to my new address. I called them initially & heard nothing.

I then wrote to them ( my new address stated on letter) I then received a response within 2 weeks to my new address saying they were investigating.

My letter was sent recorded so I had an audit trail!!!

Good luck hope you hear soon :)
