A SAR is a subject access request under data protection act you are entitled to all information a company hold on you. It costs £10 but you should get everything they have.0 -
anybody else get a call from a market research company on behalf of NRAM? Wanting to get information about how unhappy I am about NRAM in general..... it's not a big thing but if they are spending money to collate information they must be starting to get concerned....0

Not had one of those yet, looking forward to getting one though.
NRAM have been for me, over the last 12 months or so a shambles. No one knows what they are doing, no one knows anything or can give you an answer and if they do it usually turns out to be wrong. then there is the whole 'we are NRAM we can do as we like' attitude. total load of rubbish. As a tax payer I'm really concerned at how NRAM is run at the moment. Then there is the rumours about hikes in SVR I do realise NRAM is still a business but a business trying to make huge profits from the very people who own it.0 -
I would imagine if they were to hike the svr there would have to be some legitimate reason? I know svr's are 'not linked' to the boe rate but should at least be a justifable rise based some sort of evidence. Given that huge amounts of us not only are being monumentally messed around via the loan interest fiasco, i think they would be a little unwise as they are copping enough bad publicity as it is. That being said, the way they have just completely ignored all of my correspondence, let alone responded to my few simple requests nothing would surprise me. I sent them an offer of payment during a period of financial difficulty and due to the interest issues coming out of the unsecured loan fiasco, not even a cursory response. Not to mention lots of us have no choice but to stay with NRAM.....0

I hope NRAM get this sorted for you ASAP, just like I hope NRAM see sense and start listening to existing customer instead of ignoring them and just doing what they want without a care for the concerns of customers.0 -
This seems to have ground to a halt, might give em another ring about progress for ex nram customers0
