But Voda themselves allow PAC ins after commencement of contract. And remember that under SOGA and Goods and Services acts OP has contract with TalkMobile, not Voda.
Now TalkMobile may have a separate issue with Voda, but they should have sorted that out before reading the t&c in their contract with Voda. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Talktalk mobile do allow numbers to be ported across- just completed 3 days after new phone became live. Go to My Account on main talktalk website, login, choose mobile - left hand side of page choose transfer number. Put in your pac code, all is automatic, takes 2 days.
The OP is with Talkmobile not TalkTalk Mobile.0
