It is not £80, not for speeding. I have seen several of them in work recently, thankfully none of them are mine.

If you paid £80 it was either a scammer, a speed awareness course or an offence other than speeding.

If this was road side stop for speeding, and that you were also caught the sameway last week on the same road, two close concessions of speeding would have triggered the officer to have you up infront of the mags instead of issueing a another ticket to you (because you didnt learn from the first one).

the ticket may have got to the lease company within the 14day rule and as such you have no defense against that.

so buy it being a partnership cam or gatso truvello your quite lucky in that respect.

inform work HR of your points, because you would have had to provide you license when employment started and introduced to a company vehicle. you maybe sanctioned for misuse of the vehicle by your company aswell for vehicle mis-use.

insurance company needs to know or if the insurance is provided through the work again inform HR.

i wounder if the letter states in excess of 40MPH in 30 zone because the photo has timed out on the bottom of it?
