Mobile Phone Contract - Provider Not Honouring Agreed Price

Hi First time poster,
Unfortunately I also have the same issue, online upgrade on the Iphone 5, £22 a month now mysteriously £42. As soon as my sim was activated I downloaded the My3 app, to check allowance, use etc and also the bill date, lo and behold there is a request for £37.00ish plus vat = £42.00ish. Immediately rang customer services, informed them about the problem, told them that I had screen shots of the confirmation (thank god!), guy told me to send them to [EMAIL="Proofs@3mail.com"]Proofs@3mail.com[/EMAIL]. I enquired about the bill to be told "we will either cancel the contract, put the monthly fee down to what you were paying previously or honour it" just about the send my screenshots now.....
Just as a side issue are you guys still using your phones?

Yes still using them. Three still plan to take money so I will still use phone. Also in all the conversations we've had with them they haven't asked us to stop using them.
Glad they told you that they wont be trying to enforce the higher amount.0 -

Good news, I got a phone call last night from "Peter" at 3, and they said they will honour the £18 a month contract from January 2013 to January 2015 with the Ultimate Internet 500 plan!
They had the proofs, and so it's all taken care of. I say that, I still want to wait until I see the actually change in plan price on My Account, but a brilliant result and one that's eased a lot of worry and possible pain!
Still keeping all paperwork just in case, but I can now start to use my phone more and all the features and not worry!
Thanks for all you help chaps during this, I hope we don't have to meet each other again here in future, but you never know...!
