In Scandinavian countries pigdekk are common. Indeed the photo is from an article in the Oslo daily where people are risking fines to use safe tyres. Pigdekk have been banned in the Olso metropolitan area since about 2001 as they damage the road surface and increase ozone (the latter as more of an excuse).
Yet you seem to indicate you know better?
Have you ever driven with studded tyres or are you just calling those of us who have liars?0 -
In my experience winters invariably have a lower speed rating than the equivalent summers.
There will be a range of speed ratings available.
The difference between H and T doesn't really matter though on a car which has a published 110 mph top speed, though I suppose some people might get pedantic about using T if H is specified as standard for the car0
