    Well, the above highlighted bits suggest to me that you aren't actually being very nice!!!Its no excuse, they do have the inclination to fix it, just not the money and they are very busy people. All I wanted was advice as to what I could buy cheaply to be able to skype them-not your 'take' on if they want to fix their laptop or not.
