Skype needed

Hi, I wondered if anyone could advise which cheap tablet would be sufficient for skype purposes?
My sister lives in Italy and her laptop is dying-and I really miss seeing her 1 year old DD. I can't run to much money wise, but would love to get her something that enables us to skype.
This one https://www.amazon.co.uk/NATPC-X2-L-Android-Tablet-Capacitive/dp/B00ADSBI5A/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1355179027&sr=8-2 has 4000mAh Camera : 0.3mp Front facing . Would this be good enough to skype clearly with?
Can anyone advise at all?
Thanks so much.x

Oh no, I'm not sure I understand to be honest-I think it needs a new hard drive because they have to constantly re-load stuff(including skype) and they have a 'key' for their internet, and it takes up too much of their internet time to re-load skype. They are hoping to try and save up for a new hard drive in the new year, but in the mean time, I'd like to get them something cheap that does the job, skype -wise.

mmmm, has that explanation helped at all??Lol, I'm a techy numpty!!

They don't have time I'm afraid, they work about 10 hours a day, and spend the rest of their time living like Tom and Barbara Good, in the mountains in Italy.

Lol, I knew you'd come back with that one!!! My sister does have time when she is caring for her daughter as well as running the 'english' shop they run.
Do you have an opinion on the quality of the camera on the above tablet by any chance???:p

Yup, that's what I feared. How high a quality mp would be needed to get a good skype picture?
    And thankyou.xx
