Since when is going 0mph through a red light an offence??
OP were you waiting to turn right at the junction and the lights perhaps changed while you were waiting?0 -

There was a fault stop camera near my parents a few years ao kept givin tickets with 0mph figures I believe the tickets were over turned but that doesn't necessary mean your will.0

All the induction loops the traffic light cameras I've ever noticed have been about a foot beyond the stop line and the same distance from the ASL for the cycle boxes (Which I wish they would start enforcing)0

Many areas now offer a red light awareness course, as long as the time into red isn't too long.
"Red light-speed on green" cameras record the speed only for prosecution of speeding offences in a green light situation. The enforcement of a red light offence indicates some part of the vehicle crossed the white line after the lights changed. If the vehicle was already across the white line, waiting to turn, for example, the camera would not have been triggered.
