Best for customer service Orange or BT??

Line has now gone over to BT on date advised by Orange.
I rang BT to check the move and the CS guy was really unpleasant and sneering about moving to Orange...."last company I'd work for" and "our BB is superior to theirs" although both offering 8mbps down the same line from my exchange!!
Only thing I know is that for exactly the same services I had previously I am now paying less per month for unlimited BB, Anytime calls, Line rental and 500 free minutes to mobiles than I was for BB alone.
That is what this site is all about.........................!

They are both rubbish but Orange is worse. If you can get O2 BB, i can recommend them.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

Orange entered the fixed-line business with the purchase of Wanadoo in 2005. Wanadoo previously operated under the name of Freeserve, the pioneering ISP of the late 1990s that was the first to offer free internet access.

....quickly followed by Ukonline.co.uk who I had a free service with for many years!
Thanks
