Just wanted to say I am very broke and car MOT is this week (expected to fail and be beyond economical repair).

So a big Thanks to everyone that has encouraged meal planning - if it wasn't for the fact that I've been doing that for months, we'd have nothing much to eat. As it is, we have enough food for the week and I don't have to worry about shopping till next week (when I expect to be car less).
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

Okay.... 10-ish this morning I was driving myself potty looking for this thread to post my plan. I was ADAMANT I'd seen it already. Mind you... much like blaming my Dad for putting my shed keys in a weird place yesterday... must be the pregnany hormones :rotfl:

Anyway.. I have FIL down from Monday - Sunday and he's out two nights in the week so going to eat the things he doesn't like when he's not in. Like last week I'm going to post the weeks meals and not when as I think we'll end up not sticking to the days and then I get all confuggeled :o

    Sun: Lamb roast.
HM Chicken Pasta Bake and SB Garlic Bread
HM Chicken Curry + SB Naan
HM Chicken Burgers and sweet potato wedges
    HM Bolognaise
    Egg and Chips
    Bacon Stir Fry

Of today's roast, the left over tatties are being blasted in the microwave later for a snack, and the left over lamb I'm going to make a the bolognaise to freeze, provided I can nab a couple of tinnes of tomatoes from my Mum and Dad

Tues: steak and red onion baguettes
Wed: Thai green curry, coconut rice
Thurs: Spagetti carbonara with garlic bread
    Fri: HM pizzas
