  • Hello all hope all is well?

Not much going on here so no debt clearing yet either :( and still over 2 weeks until payday. So my updates will probably be boring lol.

Need to meal plan and do an online shop to come tomorrow because we are running low on a few things and nappies etc are needed.

The weather seems to have brightened up from the snow but its still so so cold!

The good thing is OH seems to have managed to get a few extra hours at work, which wasn't suppose to happen. With the extra we have a few things need fixing at home. I know it should go on the debt but the things are desperate to be done and small silly things that are so annoying! Like the hot tap downstairs doesn't work. The cold tap on the bath doesn't work. We need to get some beading to finish the flooring. We need 20 paving slabs to finish outside so the kids/dog can go out without bringing a house full of dirt back in.

All these wont get done at once, but need doing over the next few months as well as painting where the kids have decided to leave us pictures on the wall! and daughter ripped half the wallpaper off at the side of her cot! Little trouble maker!

As we say on the NSD thread, there's no such thing as failing, just 'not quite meeting your target' but keep positive and set mini-targets to work towards.

Know what you mean also about the little jobs round the house, sometimes they are more niggly than the big jobs. I have a list that I keep of odd jobs that need doing or bits we need to buy above and beyond the usual and aim for 1 or 2 a month.
