    Hello

I have been reading all the posts about the above company and others similar and have found it informative, so thank you.

I received a PCN from NPE late last year and was advised by family and friends to ignore, as it was a scam! Which I did.

Then once they handed "my debt" over to Debt Recovery Plus (DR+)who started writing to me, I got worried. I wrote back contesting the PCN but was too late for POPLA, DR+ have rejected my claim and are still threatening court action.

Should I reply, pay or are there any other ways I can contest this PCN?

Please start you own thread. That way you will get better help.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Don't ignore one again - the advice changed over a year ago! BUT no need for a new thread, pleeeeease, no more unnecessary threads about DRP letters.

There are threads every day about this bunch, far too many seeing as the advice is already here umpteen times over for the sake of a search and reading the sticky thread at the top. Just search this forum for 'Recovery' as a keyword, and also read the debt collector stage post #4 in the 'Private Parking ticket, old or new? NEWBIES please read these FAQs first!' top sticky thread on page one of the parking forum.

Not sure how to get to page one? It is explained in my signature below, it's one click. Please read post #4 of the top sticky thread there and use the 'search this forum' heading just above it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
