His drinking habit is not relevant to any of those threads. Why would what he drinks have a effect on how much CM he would pay? My thread to Prelude was to ascertain what the CSA would take as income so a fair figure could be privately arranged.

Why would I mention his drinking habit as part of our financial settlement?

Good for him holding down his job while drinking. Just like thousands of others are able to do. Again, not really relevent!

To answer your question (again!) why I mentioned his drinking. If you look up the thread a little you will see that I had to stop overnight contact on several occasions. He wasnt happy with this, hence the CO. When asked why I stopped the overnight contact I was honest to my reasons.

Dont believe you. Nothing in your threads add up except the hard earned money you are trying to get from your x.
Bringing up his so called drinking only when he took you to court does not add up.
Revenge is not healthy for either of you. Have you tried some sort of counseling for the obsession you have.

Unless his drinking has become significantly worse, he was never fit to have contact with the child during the time of those threads. So I start to think that while these threads were going on, there was never a drinking problem which threatened the child. And then I wonder why, when he walks out on you, he should turn to drink?

Now, I have never met you, I don't know you but I don't doubt your ex does drink although I am wondering whether you are exagerrating to the court for your own reasons.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

Your opinions and your both entitled to them. Feel free to PM me and ill give you details of when the next hearing is. You can then come and watch the proceedings to satisfy yourselves that the interests of my daughter are the paramount - and Krok - how you have come to the conclusion that I am a money grabber shows how deluded YOU are.

May I respectfully suggest that it is you that seeks some kind of counselling.

I don't need to further justify myself.

    Apologies to the OP.

Sommer43, I send my apologies. I thought my account was set to reject PM's. I deleted your message - re: this thread - without reading it. I interact publically on forums.

I'm sorry if that sounds cold. It's not meant to be that way.

It sounds strange... But not cold. You send PM's, but reject responses, then announce publically, you interact publically?

I shan't be losing any sleep over it. So don't worry.

I've not sent PM's in a very long time. Sleep well.

    How interesting...

So your PM to me, was not from you?

    Righto.

Don't worry Mrs W, I won't copy and paste it here. But, perhaps we should inform the moderators? Someone, sent me a PM last night... Claiming to be you. Hacking into someone's account, is pretty serious stuff.

I've looked into my messages sent. None.

    Sommer43, I've never messaged you.

Please forward anything sent to you to the mods. I'm going to change my password.

    eta: Password changed.
The later part of last night I was offline as both my daughters were ill. I spent the evening and most of the night up to my elbows in vomit.

You can notify the moderators. My account has not been hacked.

I was born at night, but not last night. Hope your daughters are better.
