A Problem With My Teletext / Ceefax

I can not get my Ceefax /Teletext to work on my TV these past few days . A sign comes up . Loading Servise Data ,,, Please wait . that is as far as i get what is the problem

I have been told it could be something to do wioth the cold weather

Ceefax was an analogue service which was gradually ceased throughout the country as the digital changeover progressed (i.e. as the analogue channels on which it was carried were switched off).
