Glad you're all enjoying the poo-saga!

I thought the room looked nice Star, but came home from work to find OH has budged everything around a little - pushed the sofa back to the wall and generally been a prat. Using it as an excuse to hoover under where the sofa was(/lives!) then putting everything back. Sheesh!

Spent £25.67 on this weeks shop. Which included Ryder's food, a couple bunches of daffodils from the florist and some oven cleaner (I'm obsessed!) Really impressed! Also, when I was in the butchers I noticed a little print out that basically said "Your animal corpse comes from Farmer Giles, a X minute walk away" for cows, sheep, chicken etc. Ryder's currently munching on a free bag of meaty ribs too :)

Since I got home I've just been cleaning, sorting dry laundry and finally getting around to sorting the freezer out and making a list of everything we have. Yikes!

I don't know if anyone's interested, but I do get a lot of comments on and off-line about how little OH and I spend on our food shop to say we aren't the "cooking from scratch" every night kind of people, so was wondering if a blog post with tips and tricks would be of any use to anyone?

Going to my Mum's tomorrow afternoon, she's started her new job and is working full time at the moment, so I'm planning on sneaking over with Ryder straight after work, let her dogs run wild and get some housework done for her. Also taking my laundry with me so I can use their dryer again ;) But how we make so much washing bundles is beyond me!

Off to look into making our own easyonthepursestrings dishwasher powder :)

Ahhh good old Ryder for choosing his moment to shine! :D

I know what you mean about WWE. Whenever I watch certain things unfolding I imagine Vince above the ring acting the puppeteer! We giggle whenever someone gets bumped down a notch or 2 and say that they must have *really* upset the boss! :p

Your living room looks great, well done on the Superscrimper makeover! :T

I think the idea of a 'Here's how I manage to eat for so little' blog is a great one! I'd read it. :)

That's a lovely plan to help your Mum out. :) Hope that's on your 'Give' list! :)

I love your hair! and make-up! and living room! :D Must feel good to have a bit of a change around, I love doing that to mix it up a bit.

I reeeeally want to know what your plans are for when you're debt-free! I'm so impatient! :p Are you getting married?! That'd be so amazing!!

I think the blog idea sounds great, I spend way too much on food so would love to know how you do it.

I must admit, I giggled at the Christmas Day Disaster.. :o Was he ok?! Ryder sounds like such a fun dog to have around!

Thanks, Ziggly! I'll PM you! Definitely not marriage though, holy snackmuffins. Love him to death and have no plans on going anywhere, but marriage is so unimportant to me that even if we just spent £500 on something small for the sake of our family, that's £500 I'd rather have going towards our next adventure :)

Went and purposely bought pink hair dye last night (marked on my diary to do it a week before the meet so I look semi-okay ;)) so I guess pink hair will be my thing for a while.. I've actually grown to kind of love it!

Surprisingly, after the "pink" disaster (I feel like whatsherface from Grease) my Sister asked me to do her hair for her, and OH asked me to sort his hair too. Think I might open "Cinny's Bathroom Boutique" at this rate!

Not much to report money wise! I applied for the 123 account yesterday, along with the credit card for extra cashback. Mainly done it so I can open the 123 ISA, as I only like banking with my bank :o It's all free for the first year, so it's worth a try :) At the moment I can't transfer money out of my current account, so I'm worried my visa won't work when I go to fill up today?! Will have to steal my Mum's purse as back up - she owes me after Morrisonsgate ;)

What infuriates me with Vince is he has amazing talent on his roster, but because they're the only big wrestling company he can just abuse the fact for people to get good money for their passion, they have no where else to go. Tyson Kidd, Curt Hawkins, Derrick Bateman, Alex Riley, Zack Ryder.. all jobbers because Vince is obsessed with pushing either the same 3 people for the titles, people that have horrible technique but look impressive, or giving main events to old talent *cough*rockvscenavsNOONECARES*cough* Don't even get me started on the Diva's division.. I get so grumpy when I really think about the product :rotfl:

Ryder was fine though, takes more than a little tumble to break my dog's stride! Like yesterday, he was so busy looking at a bird flying about he put his paw down a rabbit hole and completely face palmed the floor. What did he do? Kept his eye on the sky and carried on walking like nothing happened. He's an absolute idiot!

I'll give the blog posts a whirl :) I just don't want to come across like an arseface..

:rotfl: Don't we all try to do that when we trip over in public? ;)

AS IF anyone could think you were an arseface! I would definitely read but won't really apply to me as Dad does all the cooking :D and :undecided

Ahh I thought it was wedding bells too. Maybe the patter of tiny paws??

I would read that blog post too. Food is something we all HAVE to buy so the less I have to spend on (good quality) it the better

I thought wedding bells too. Are you both going to train as wrestlers???

Haha excellent guess Star! I'd love that! :D

Bless Ryder for being all cool/dim when he tripped. :)

I agree with your Vince bashing too. He's just making a mockery of some really talented and dynamic guys whilst pushing 'the franchise'. It's a shame there's no really viable alternative (since TNA is painful in comparison).

I wouldn't think you're an arseface either. It'll be nice to read about someone normal who isn't all mother-earthy spending hours every day making every single thing from scratch. :)

I've give it a whirl then :) Try and moderate my swearing!

I'd was going to go to wrestling school, but I'm a bit past it now! Will stick to wrestling OH/Ryder/Unwitting family members  The only way I'd ever become a lady wrestler worth a penny is if I got some new boobs, grew 5" and became a catalogue model and have an issue that just happens to land on John Laurinaitis's door mat ;)

So, no wedding bells, pattering of tiny paws (we don't have the room :() or drop kicks to the face. It's money related!

Signed onto my banking today and I'm officially a 123 homegirl  The credit card is on there too, with a limit of £2000  I'm just thinking, there'll be £300 on there at the end of the month maximum. Can open the 123 ISA now, which was the main part!

Paid £1 into our savings this morning to drag us over £80. A little unsure about my goals now as I was overpaid from Job No2 by £55 last month, and they're reclaiming that back at the end of this month (good news is, I can claim that £55 soonish :j) so I'm only thinking I'll get paid around the £215 mark. Then my tax allowance on Job No 1 is fairly low, so I'll be getting overtaxed again here so won't be getting much if anything extra in my wages on the 4th week. Really having to play it by ear with things right now, but I keep on trying to get in touch with the tax people to get my allowance switched :)

ETA: Also found a swanky savings target thingy on my bank, so I've got that all set up to each account. I think I'm a mega nerd now..

I'd read your blog Cinny - absolutely no danger of ares-face-ness I'm certain!

I'm super envious of your pink hair! I tried to dye the tips of mine pink a couple of weeks ago, but after three tries the dye just wouldn't take. I was after a kind of pastel/bubblegum kind of pink but I just got nada. I think because my hair is bleached the ends have soaked up too much conditioner? But that's a totally half-baked guess.

I want to know the money news too!
