You should be looking forward to "this court case" I am quite confident I can get you at least £15,000 compensation on a counter claim.!
So you are the b****r that keeps sending me texts about my PPI claim. How come your texts says you could only get me £3250 entitlement?
And I didn't know that one of the "P's" in PPI stood for "Parking". Are the other two letters from PIe in the sky? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

hi all just received this letter from ANPR Ltd
jist of it
They say i now been charged £40 debt recovery costs :contacting dvla invoice procedure and correspondence. On top of the £100 PCN
It says this on bottom of letter
A Brown Picasso C$ with my license plate was parked in direct contravention to this companies wishes, therefore we have pn the 6/10/2012 at 13.26 in a area known to us as CHERRY TREE, SHOPPING CENTRE,PAY AND DISPLAY,WALLASEY ATTACHED A PCN reference number xxxxxx for damages incurred whilst the driver trespassed on land under our control. This notice was photographed attached to your windscreen and now is considered evidence to be used in a court of law against you.You have failed to make the original payment in the last 42 days, and we feel our intentions to recover the debt have been exhausted. The situation has now become very serious. As you have chosen to ignore all our efforts to show you leniency and tolerance so i am afraid we now find ourselves selling this debt to a licensed Debt Recovery Agency who will exercise their powers to recover all monies due.Once again by law, you have 7 days to make payment.
should i just carry on ignoring them:rotfl:0 -
"Leniency and Tolerance"!!
Ha ha, superb!
Yes, ignore them. Debt Collectors have no powers whatsoever when it comes to alleged civil debts. They can politely ask, and that's it.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Damages for trespass? Ha Ha.
Become very serious??Hee He.
Exercise their powers?? Ho ho.
Once again by law? This is the funniest of all.
I can see how this would worry someone who might be wavering.
As above continue to ignore.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
Well that letter has brightened my day !All aboard the Gus Bus !0

Do you know of the late great Tommy Cooper. If he was saying all that to you, how would you re-act? Seriously worried? No, you'd laugh. Well, this is just a laugh.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -
