  • Just finished wrapping the prezzies that need delivered today and DH's aunt arrived at the door as I was about to go out so one less place to visit now :D.
Going to see if the out-laws are in, can't even phone them as don't have their number so not too worried if they're not in.
Then off for lunch with DS and grab some bread from a small Toscos then home again to more wrapping before going to see my Great Aunt.
Housework can wait until tomorrow when I'll be tidying away lots of wrapping paper so long as the floor's clear of boxes I'm happy.

Thank you to everyone for the kind thoughts over the past few days, I feel a bit better than I did and will face what comes over the next few days with a smile on my face all be it a plastered on one if I can't manage a real one.

    Merry Christmas to you all

I just put in a womble from last night that returned 99p. Looked at the date on it and it was 4th November. Very strange.

I hope they are wild dolphins you are swimming with.:A

Indeed there are. Its a place called Safety Bay, supposedly because of the abundance of dolphins present, there are no sharks. We never chase the dolphins when we are out on the water, we always let them come to us and we are rarely disappointed. Once I had a mother and baby swim along side me as I walked on the beach, they are truly magical creatures.:A

Got a Xmas tree from B & Q yesterday. Cost a £1. I think I was robbed though coz I'm sure someone said they were only 1p
Anyhoo, I'm not paying out a tenner for one of those water contraptions to stick it in. So I thought I'd get a bucket from the pound shop and stick Xmas paper around it :D Anyone got any bright ideas as to how I can stop it from falling over? :)

    Good afternoon all :)

I feel violated! Just paid £4.50 for big bag of spuds in m&s!
Shows how long it's been since I paid normal prices for food.

Did mean I got to park right by shop and no waiting at till.
