    :j nice one!!

I nipped to our local co op earlier as Just realised we are nearly out of kids cough medicine. The only whoopsies were some sad looking veg and some rolls and bread. But when I got to the checkout a member of staff had around 20 different packs of meat. Diced steak, chicken, drumsticks etc all whoopsied to 10p!!! his total bill came to £2.10:eek: Obviously the staff reduce the good stuff and buy for themselves:mad::mad: I asked him where the reduced meat was and he said 'oh there's none left, love'........me: well there's a surprise:mad:

I was moaning about it to my OH and he said well, if you worked there you would do it. But I don't work there and I didn't get any 10p meat so I think I have a right to whinge:D

hope your child gets home safe and soon

She is at Euston now and all trains are showing so it all looks good for now but she says she is feeling rubbish. I think this is a combination of disappointment at the London weekend not being as exciting as she hoped, general exhaustion, vague ickiness and I expect she is missing bf already.

Anyone Newport way? Was thinking of popping to Spytty before it closes at 5 or is it manic?

Probably a bit late to tell you now (just got back from there) but not too bad. Busy, but it's the size of an airport so it doesn't feel too manic :)

Got proper trouted on 3 joints of DTD beef though, email to HO later
