agreed. a couple of people have already died this Christmas week. it did put me on a bit of a downer but perked up myself now. Plenty of rest and a bit of a walk did help too.

Going to check out mullers in a's and see if there's any cheap stuff.

bananbabe, you are funny. Procrastinating is one of my fave words. Self- flagellation is another.

aldi's look like they have good stuff too

Glad that made you chuckle. I'm very good at self flagellation saves someone else the job :rotfl::rotfl:

    Morning everyone

Probably won't be getting on here in the morning for a day or two so wanted to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas! Peace and love to you all and all your loved ones

And any unwanted gifts... you know where I am. :rotfl:

Take a moment to think what this Christmas and a lot of this year could have been like for a lot of us without everyone here, I know I am not the only one to feel glad to be a part of this MSE family.

Good glitching, wonderful wombling and a very Merry Christmas to everyone

    - did a late asda shop last night and SH still working.

Mad dog wow your song is done - will be listening tonight!:T

Merry Christmas everyone and hugs to all that need them:)
  • Morning all. I have been been off for a couple of months to sort out my life. I wonder if someone still remembers me?Merry Christmas everyone

Hiya andreavinne - (fellow N Londoner :)) was wondering how you were, as not seen you around since around the time you were starting your job. Hope things are ok for you and Merry Christmas to you and your family

Talking about jobs I will need to start looking for one in New Year as have recently been made redundant so the joyous task of application forms etc will start:(. Until then I shall enjoy my freedom :j and with the help of this great thread stretch my money as far as possible;).

Off out to see Nativity 2 with daughter and grandchildren now.

    - with sweet sunday free tickets.
