    Morning all,
Just back from what I thought would be a short and easy early trip to sada for some yogs and a few bits and pieces. It's mad, mad mad:(
Went before the store opened to minimise the hassle but I think the rest of Stockton had the same thoughts. I've never had to queue to get in and out of a supermarket door:mad: I really should have known better:rotfl:

Ideal wombling conditions though with it being windy, dry and lots of careless money being spent but very little to be found:(
    Awaiting a new sig

sounds like you got a mega xmas day hun , and room for one more :rotfl:,

and i bet the lady down the street has been more at peace since you did that and sleept better , you are very kind , and just wanted to say,and know shes got some company over xmas i bet has made her xmas , and one kind turn desurves another and im sure your kind turn will come soon hun:A:A:A:A:A

I can't bear the thought of anyone being on their own at Christmas. This poor lass is only 18, just a bit older than my own son and she's just managed to rent her flat after being stuck in b&b for ages. She hasn't any family to speak of and is really struggling.

As for the old man next door. His daughter (very cheekily I thought) asked weeks ago if I would make an extra portion of dinner and take it to her dad, as she was going on holiday and wouldn't be around to take him for Christmas. She then tried to give me a fiver to pay for his dinner:eek: Im sure she knew I wouldn't do that and would end up inviting him. I don't mind he's a lovely old chap and very nice to the kids. Nice to have older people around as all their grandparents are sadly no longer with us:(

Well I only stopped for a quick coffee. Bathroom and floors done, now on to the kids rooms. My OH and I have a bet on how many discarded odd socks we will find:rotfl:
