Ok, I need a bit of help.

I've just got a letter about DH's personal pension, they are after a copy of his will or written confirmation there is no valid will. Who do I get this written confirmation from?
Also what is a 'lump sum death benefit'? He had only started paying into this so had under £100 paid in, I'm assuming this is what it's talking about.
I'm at a loss as I thought this was all dealt with, they also want the forms I filled in over a year ago done again and the Death Cert sent in again.
Could they not have just waited until the new year? It's hard enough at this time without getting this :(
    Sorry for all the questions

Can this wait until the New Year. Lots of places close down over Christmas etc and I'm sure they're not expecting an instant response from you. Why not put it to one side for now and deal with when you feel a little stonger:o:)

But they are the T&C for use in sada:D The rules for things in tosco are different.

Does it say that on a poster or leaflet or anywhere at all?
I don't know but I set my well trimmed vouchers down beside my purse and the SA lifts them and scans them. Now it could be that she is doing something wrong but..............:D

    surely not me.

i have just seen an advert for Toscos acceptance of competitor MOCs in NI

    Interesting parts include:

"only one coupon per transaction for conditional spend coupons"

    and

"multiple coupons can be used in the same transaction in respect of Sainsbrys Brand Match and Sada Price Guarantees up to a maximum saving of £10".
