caught up at last. Bubbs, I was just thinking of you when watching the news earlier. I really do hope your home manages to escape this time. You deserve a lovely Christmas in your own home after last time.0

Ok, I need a bit of help.
I've just got a letter about DH's personal pension, they are after a copy of his will or written confirmation there is no valid will. Who do I get this written confirmation from?
Also what is a 'lump sum death benefit'? He had only started paying into this so had under £100 paid in, I'm assuming this is what it's talking about.
I'm at a loss as I thought this was all dealt with, they also want the forms I filled in over a year ago done again and the Death Cert sent in again.
Could they not have just waited until the new year? It's hard enough at this time without getting this
Sorry for all the questionsSPC #329 £471/£500 banked
SPC 2014 £1100:D
