    Just spent £70 in T's and that was after coupons and multi-buy discounts on the meat and party food :eek: feeling a bit sick tbh :( :rotfl:

    Can anyone tell me, if I freeze meat then make a stew or casserole with it when thawed , can I freeze the stew/casserole ?

    Yes you can refreeze the stew, but only reheat it once

    Yes you can freeze the stew/casserole, and it actually improves it :)

    I got some Rice Crispy squares too :)

    Yes as long as its cooked then after defrosting make sure its heated through properly
