Feeling all fired up for Fabulous February! :) Still got decluttering to do tonight and tomorrow though, trying to finish the month on a high! Got nothing done the last 2 nights as OH has been off work so I've been entertaining him instead of doing anything productive. :o

I had a quick look on Pinterest last night for my first project to try but I ended up just pinning even more stuff rather than settling on one thing to make! :rotfl: Got a few things that I'm thinking about trying, just have to pull my finger out and do them, will probably end up on Pinstrosity though! ;)

Cinny I laughed a LOT at your first bowl!

Haha! I need to do a couple more "childfriendly" ones as when I showed my Mum she said I couldn't take them to the craft fairs :(

Love that blog, Birdie! Have a feeling I'm going to lose some time at work to it :o I want to make the bow wellies, although I don't think they'd hold up too well on mine and Ryder's walks. I'm already on pair No3 in about 8 months *ahem*

Think I'm going to focus on getting a good stock for craft fairs with my plates and mug cozies. Prettifying our home with new bits of art for the walls. I really want to fill our staircase with framed oddities, like this! Also getting some new tattoos done that I've been designing, so there's 2 for the creative pot :)

I might do a fitness thing too. But not weight loss focused, (although I wouldn't turn my nose up at losing 10lb. 145 as of this morning, I was 154lb after Crimmus ) Just doing things like drinking more water, starting a Yoga course to help relax (as well as hopefully getting a nice yoga-bum!), making sure I get enough sleep, start trying weird and wonderful morning-smoothie/juice creations! Ways to get yourself feeling great and well, centered I suppose. Anyone else want in? :)

    Hi Beccie

Ohhh nice new challenge. I just want to finish my quilt - I started it months ago. So that will be February's challenge. Just getting that one thing done will be a huge milestone!

Tete - hope you're getting on really well, and sending good vibes. Don't forget to update us later.

Exciting about another possible 3 peaks challenge!!! You guys are so hardcore.

Cinny - loled at your bowl too, class! Your challenge sounds good too. I'm going to start trying to keep on top of the chores and go out of the house at least once a day. (Gee it sounds really weird when you write it down like that :o)

Anyone want to join me in my PhD challenge of writing 1000 words per day? :rotfl: Got 1380 to do today as I went to meet up with a friend yesterday. Better get cracking!!!

Good luck tomorrow, Tete! I keep on saying it but I really need to catch up on your thread so I know what's going on :o I feel like a bad internet buddy right now!!

That's how I feel! :o Tete, keeping everything crossed for you!

So I'm home in just under a month and actually quite excited. The main thing I'm excited about, weirdly, is earning money again although we keep getting told the job situation sucks so I'm worried I won't find anything. I owe a lot of money from being in Aus, NZ and Asia and I can't wait to pay people back. I'll be back on here all the time hopefully, yay! :j

Hope everyone is well, I'm about to go to dinner but I'll have a proper read later :) x

Hope everything is going well for Tete today!

    Nice to see you Zig!

I think my target is going to be to finish making my wedding invites.

Have just spent the morning trying to get tickets for in the night garden live (kids show for those who don't know). Oh how my life has changed!

Hey Zig! Gosh, it must feel so weird thinking about coming home and getting a job after being on the move in wonderful places for so long! :)

LOL about the tickets Wendz! I hear so many people saying the same kind of thing! :D

Thinking creatively... I've got some little clear plastic Chinese style takeout containers left over from Christmas (I decorated them and put sweets in for little table gifts :)) and was thinking about making little 'boxes of love' (or a better name!) for V-day to sell along with my cards. Not sure what I could put in them though? Maybe a little pack of Lovehearts, but any ideas what else? I thought about making some little love tokens to go in but not too sure what they should be promising! :o All in all, I've got the bare bones of an idea and need the padding please! :)

Isn't it weird that people's names aren't what you thought they would be and people don't look how you imagined them in your head? Or is that just me? :o

My first challenge is going to be finishing the 3 scarves I have had ordered, then onto some more fun things, ie things for myself!

For Cinny's challenge - I started running again on Monday, does that count?

Birdie - for the love tokens could you maybe print off some nice little cards with blank bits that you could then fill in yourself?

Would be better than trying to guess what other people might promise to each other
