Coming to end of Orange 18 months: what next?

Had a great 18months free BB with Orange along with discounted mobile package. What to do next? Common sense says switch to another mobile provider (12 mointh free) and change to a cheap ISP.
Would Orange be keen to keep me? Anybody had any good contract extensions with them?
