I have a need to make a list
...... think I just want to get cracking with next year:o
So ..... got Maisie a new bag of food this morning so that's her sorted for a while:)
Hoping now her tum's settled we can start to introduce some more wet food.
Have 3 boxes (12 trays in each) and going to start with 1/4 of a tray / day (probably do this for a full box so that's 48 days) then try 1/3 of a tray / day with the next box (36 days) and then 1/2 tray / day (24 days) .... so she's got enough of that too last a while!
We've just started a new tub of her supplement which should last 3 months & with being able to cut the dry down a bit as we build the wet up, she should be sorted for food around 3 months too!:T
Feel better having got her stocks back up - esp if in case the weather turns bad .....
So ... that should mean very light spends on the Maisie front (touch wood) for a couple of months & let her fund build up a bit again!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Right ..... I'm off to do some serious reading on the OS board ... there are couples over there who manage on less than I do for goodness sakes!
Groceries is the No 1 target ..... BUT ..... milk takes up 25% of the budget & not a lot I can do about that unfortunately!
Ohhhhh and my x key has decided it's not going to work unless I absolutely thump it!!!!!! ArrrggghhhGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Awwwww thanks Loz hope Santa was good to you!
Well ... I'm back .... with Maisie!:j:j
Feeling a bit guilty as she'd settled really well at Mum's and she gets on really well with their dog - and they were having great fun playing ..... was a bit worried about cat chasing (the 1st couple of months she was here were errrr interesting:eek:) but all seems fine on that front
She never made a squeak all night :T (again, it's a lot noisier here so thought she might bark) and was quite happy until I got up - late for me at 7am
Had a quick walk to the park & she's now lying with her head on my foot!
Some sad news tho' ........ my fish died when I was away:( - TBH he didn't look very well when I went away on Christmas Day (but not an awful lot you can do about fish when they're not well!) - and had unfortunately passed by the time I got home..... I've had him for years tho' so he had a good long life and outlasted his tank mates by several years! Have the rather horrid task of cleaning the tank out today tho..... that'll keep me busy for a while!
Hope everyone else is enjoying their breakGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
