Well chuffed :D it's a better energy rating than the old one and hopefully it'll save a few pennies being able to do less loads and them taking less time!:T

Now..... I'm feeling a bit lost :o:o:o...... I've finalised my 2013 budget (as much as I can) and all my new spreadsheets are set up and ready for action ...... what can I do with myself until the 1st:eek::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I know you might think I'm being a bit eerrrrrr in advance having my grocery spends in my sig already but this is the thing that I really, really, REALLY need to get a grip on next year and I want it staring in my face everytime I log-in so I can't forget :o

It was absolutely horrendously disgustingly astronomical this year :o:mad: I really need to be better at using stuff out the freezer (I'm good at buying more to put in it!;)) and must try meal planning at some point (very difficult as with Crohn's it's often what you can eat on a certain day, not what you want to / planned to eat :().

Milk spends are just ridiculous at £400 / year  but really struggling to get anything off that as its so expensive - as is my cheese etc.:(

  • Now that's what I call dedicated! My spreadsheet is mainly just what comes out of the current account.

I've not got one for groceries etc...might need to try and make one.

    Yellllllllll :):):)
  • Grrrr why is it companies take your money very quickly but when it comes to paying it back it takes forever!

Cancelled dog’s insurance (found cheaper policy with higher cover!! With a good provider) in the middle of November – it was just before the d/debit was due to come out & I was told I’d get a refund of the overpayment.

Received letter today, dated 12 Dec, saying they’ve processed the cancellation and I’ll get the refund in 10 working days.

So .... 10 working days to process the cancellation and then another 10 working days to give me my money back ..... not impressed!
Anyway, thought it was due to go back to the pets pot (had raided this to pay the additional insurance premium that month) but just discovered that I’ve already paid this back (when I did all my paybacks of pot raiding earlier this month!) so .... that’s £20 that can go to the OD!!!!!:j
