Good morning Rising.
I hope you dont mind me popping my head in to say hello, i was a lurker on your other DFD for the last few months0 -
Popped to Mr T (18 mile round trip) to collect the iron that I'd ordered from the Direct store the other day ..... and it's not there :mad::mad:
Confirmation email stated I could collect after 4pm yesterday ..... not impressed- and TBH absolutely FUMING as it's a total waste of fuel ..... currently on to their Customers Services .....
TBH I can't see me using it again - if I can order something at Ar*gos and pick it up 10 mins later, I really don't see why I can't do the same at a Direct store and if you want it delivered to your home store - great, but they have to make sure it's there when they say it'll be there.
Update: they're not sure where it is - how can they not be sure where it is? and the item's now OOS .... grrrrrrr - have been given a refund & £5 goodwill gesture ...... but it's a pain in the butt as I could've ordered from Ama*zon & beeping had it delivered by now! and my c/card points go back on the card so I'll have to wait until the next time they're issued before I can use them! Grrrrrrrr:mad:
Right - off to order it from Ama*zon - guess I should've done that in the first place (really the only reason I went with Mr T was because it was on offer there & I had the c/card vouchers!).
Positives need to always try to end on one of these after I've had a moan ..... it is nice & sunny outside and I did manage to get DM a "bottle" while at Mr T so that's one pressie down.
Managed to keep track of spends on the way round to use my £4 of £40 spend .... was quite accurate today £40.83 :TGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Morning WantToBegreat to see you!
I'm so enjoying reading what everyone's up to on the DDD thread .... wish I could join but Kat's rules are just a wee bit too restrictive for me just now!:o
Sorry about my wee moan above - now I've got it out, my usual sunny disposition has returned :rotfl: and if I didn't moan, I'd just seethe (sp?) away inside for hours!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Hey, you moan all you like, its your thread
Sometimes it's nice to be able to moan online, especially when you dont have anyone at home to moan at.
i am single too, with 2 reasonably older children (12 and 8) and if i moaned at them they'd only look at me as if i was going insaneMaybe you could try moaning at your animals too
What a pain about Tesc0Direct!0
