Your reward depends on the commission paid to us, which in turn depends on when the retailer determines that you completed the transaction.

If you clicked through before the cashback was lowered and completed the transaction promptly, (without clicking through again afterwards) then generally speaking you'll get the earlier (i.e. higher) reward. :)

So in this example, the cashback was lowered from £30 to £10 at 8.15 this morning. If the reporting of your transaction got delayed but eventually turned up showing a time of 8.10am you would get the higher reward

    Hope that clarifies things

Hmm, did all mine on Weds night, and it's still not showing. I know i did everything right, i've used cashback sites before and know what i should and shouldn't do. I looked at my cookies list later and saw both the names mentioned above.

Also, it's not true that other sites won't chase a claim for free cashback. Top Cashback sorted my Lovefilm cashback out when it didn't track properly with no problem whatsoever.

I'll submit a query and keep my fingers crossed that it's just because it's so busy ;)

when it says build my plan section what exactly does this mean? just the little bit on the front page?

and is it just one per member so more than one person in a household can do it?

It ought to take you through the sections of the plan after you've registered. But they can also be selected using the dropdown menu entitled "My Moneyvista". Sections include:

    My income
    My savings
    My investments
    My pensions
    My property
    My borrowing
and is it just one per member so more than one person in a household can do it?

It is strictly one per imutual member, so members of the same household would need to create their own imutual account before clicking through. They will probably also need to use a different PC and/or browser, as the "cookies" stored from the initial visit would prevent a second transaction from tracking

    Hope that helps :)

  • Did this last year, tbh didn't really expect to get paid for it (due to moneyvista not imutual.)

I was proved wrong, money is in my back account via BACS and overall have been very impressed with imutual - love the way other members vote on claims and we can see the process (rather than TCB/quidco where you just get a declined message.)

After TCB rejected my car insurance claim with a very vague explanation of why, I think imutual will be my new first choice for cashback (also worth noting the awesome forum & members on it!)
