    has mine tracked?

If anyone needs help checking whether it's tracked for them, please login to imutual and submit a query at http://www.imutual.co.uk/queries This way, we will know which account you're referring to and can check your details more easily. In your query, let us know which email address you used to register at MV

I believe we've responded to all queries received but feel free to submit a new one (or re-open an earlier one) if you still need assistance

General advice re: getting this one to track:
    - You should not have visited the moneyvista site before (if you have it may be worth using a different browser or computer)
    - You should provide valid personal details including an active email address
    - Ensure that there are no software packages or security settings on your computer that might prevent cookies being set. Cookies from moneyvista.com and tradedoubler.com are used to track your transaction

    Hope that helps :)

When you sign up to moneyvista through i mutual you fill out the plan straight away, it should guide you through it.

Free and easy £10 cashback for signing up to MoneyVista.

Wasn't really, was it? Did this in December and no sign of any cashback.

The cashback takes 90 days so if you did it in December it should be tracked with a payment day of March.

    Great free and easy £30.

Thanks. I just got taken back to home page when I first tried. Has worked now. Thanks
  • Since it's changed to £10, will those of us who completed the offer when it said £30 still get £30? I'm not complaining, because at the end of the day it's free money, but still feel like the original cashback should be honoured.
