  • Sarah, as re: last post I managed to get into Moneyvista and the Build My Plan....

However I think I've completed it, dont want to give all my personal information away to the site but I put a few things into it.

How do you know when you've completed it successfully or is it just a matter of waiting for it to track? x

Sounds like you have done it right, just a matter of waiting for it to track which normally happens quite quickly.

    Hi Deleted_User :)

This one normally tracks within a few hours. Without knowing the name of your imutual account, I can't offer any specific help. However, I can see that it has tracked OK for everyone who clicked through yesterday, so hopefully your one of those? :T

    Hi,

Looking for some help from the company representative - I completed the MoneyVista offer on May 2nd and it tracked fine.

It initially had an award date of July 1st - but this has passed now and that date disappeared. It now states that the status is "extended".

Any clues how long this will take to become payable? It was £10 when I did it!

You should find that the status of your transaction has now changed to awarded, and you can request your cashback payment. Hope that helps :)

Hey tm, give us a chance! You did your transaction less than an hour before the above post. What happened to "Patience, patience & patience." ;)

It's the merchant that's decided how to classify the transaction, and if you believe they've done this incorrectly we'll fight your corner and get them to change it. You've done the right thing by submitting a claim, and you can expect to have the claim dealt with within our usual timeframe :)

So much for fighting my corner. imutual have credited £1.10, instead of £21 as advertised on their website.

    VERY disappointed.

I would be grateful if you could look into this. I did everything correct and as advertised, by the book.

    Hi t_m

We haven't given up on your claim, we're still querying that with the merchant

What has happened is that they've now paid us for the original amount (£1.10) so we've updated the status to Awarded so you can cash that out if you want to.

As you'll see from the status on your account at http://www.imutual.co.uk/claims your claim still has a status of Investigating.

If you need to chase up progress on a claim, or have a question about any aspect of your account, you can submit a query at http://www.imutual.co.uk/queries

    Hope that helps

Now isn't that a great company. Replied before lunch. Unlike some who NEVER bother to reply.

I live in hope we can both do very well out of our venture.
