Mine was supposed to go through today but it's now showing as 'extended' rather than 'pending', with no award date showing. Very annoying, not happy0

Hi Charlotte :hello:
We have to wait until we receive payment from the merchant before we can award cashback - these timescales are sometimes difficult to predict. The projected award date we put on your statement when the cashback initially tracks is an estimate - if that date passes and we still haven't received payment, the status of your transaction changes to Extended. See Why does some of my cashback show as "Extended"?
With Moneyvista transactions, we set the estimated award date to 60 days after the transaction date; most get paid within this timescale and a few take a week or so longer - depending on the timing of their monthly payment to us. In this case, I can see that we're expecting a payment from them around Friday of this week so you ought to see your cashback change to "Awarded" by then or, at worst, by Monday.
Hope that puts your mind at rest“Official Company Representative

I did it a while back and you have to be patient and your cashback will be paid. I have my share certificate also.
I love people who complain about free things and the time taken to get free thingsAll hail the Jack Daniels Swozzler!:beer:0 -
is the offer still on??? I couldn't see anything about cash back on the website? If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got...0

Hi, yes the offer is still on: See http://www.imutual.co.uk/free-registration/moneyvista
Note that, for some time now, the merchant has capped the reward at £10 (if someone could update the original topic title :? )
You won't see any mention of cashback on Money Vista's website - the cashback is offered by us. We receive a commission from Money Vista when you use out link to visit them and sign up, and we then pass this commission to you“Official Company Representative

Hiya
Mine has gone to extended today, I was just wondering if you can see any payment date from them just to give me an idea of the timescale.
Thanks0 -
I've just checked and it looks like any March transactions are due to be awarded later this month - around 17th“Official Company Representative
